Staying Fit in the Winter and in the New Year

Happy New Years Eve! I feel like the most common new years resolutions have to do with health and fitness so here are some tips on how to stay fit, even during these cold and dreary winter months. In the past few years I really fell in love with working out (I know gag) but it honestly makes me feel great not only physically but mentally, honestly it is my number one source of stress and anxiety relief. I of course wanted a cheerful and festive spread for my monthly bullet journal. I stuck to most of the same pages as I have previously done. I quite enjoy filling in my daily tracker, keeping a Weekly To Do List, and having a list of possible blog ideas. I did a pretty good job of keeping my bullet journal up to date last month. The only page I had issues with was the budget page (shocker shocker). This month I hope to keep better track of it and record every purchase in the journal. I have also included a Christmas Bucket List which of course will be added to as the month progresses. I'm so excited for this month and to celebrate with my friends and family and just enjoy all
