Should I Just Move to Evanston?

Image
Ok so sadly I don't have plans to move to Evanston anytime soon, but I did spend a good majority of my weekend there! First on Saturday night some of my roommates and I went up to Northwestern to see a football game. Sadly Loyola doesn't have a team so Northwestern was our best (and closest) option for college football. Even before the game we had fun just walking around and people watching during the tailgate. We even participated in some tailgating activities at Wildcat Alley where there was a Photo Booth, face painting, corn hole, and we even got to listen to the Northwestern marching band before the game. Sadly the Wildcats did not win this one but it was still a fun game! On Sunday I went back up to Evanston to meet up with some of my friends for brunch and shopping. We went to one of my favorite brunch spots, Cupitol where I of course got a Peach Bellini and a sweet potato bowl with a poached egg (Im pretty predictable when it comes to my brunch order). It was a bea

Chicago to China

Hey! So I am continuing to enjoy my time in Chicago and this past weekend I actually went to Chinatown, which I haven't been to in what feels like forever! It was definitely a fun day and worth the almost hour long El ride. Even though it is still pretty early in September it is full fledge fall here in Chicago. Thanks to the crisp chill in the air, I am also finally able to bust out my fall wardrobe. And with red being a lucky color in China (which I actually remembered once I got to Chinatown) what would be more fitting than my new red jacket from Target ! Seriously Target is still killing it with the clothes! Also worth noting that I have found the perfect spot for #OOTD photos in my building, so if you follow me on social media you can probably expect more of those! Once we were in Chinatown we basically walked around and checked out some of the stores. They were all full of fun Chinese and Asian souvenirs as well as a few Chicago souvenirs (obviously). We also went into

Senior Year+September Bullet Journal

Source I am as shocked as you are. I can't believe it is already my senior year of college. It doesn't feel real and I definitely don't feel like a senior, but my goal is to enjoy this year as much as possible! I moved in last weekend (post featuring my apartment and decor to come) and I have spent most of my time unpacking and organizing my apartment with my roommates as well as getting used to my class schedule. Since September is the start of Pumpkin Spice season (Yay!) I have personally already declared it autumn as well. So the theme of my bullet journal spread for the month is autumn. I tried to stay away from halloween doodles so that I can save those for October. But when it comes to leaves, football, and fall foods and goodies I am all ready! My journal features most of the same pages as in previous months (thats kind of the point) but I actually added two new pages. One is a "Last Time I..." page and I will use this to keep track of things I
