Its finally October and you know what that means...it's time to get spooky y'all! I love holidays and all things festive, so you know I'm gonna go all out this month for Halloween. My bullet journal is the same as it was last month so I'm not really going to talk about that but here is my cover page with my usual doodles that look like they were done by a 6 year old. One addition though that I thought would be fun is that I decided to try to watch one Simpsons Treehouse of Horror episode each day in October (I think there are about 30) and I have that in my habit tracker. So lets see if I can actually accomplish this along with the huge list of other Halloween specials and movies I just HAVE to watch each year. Now onto the decorations! Hi! Sorry I've been gone for so long, finals and preparing for Christmas has really occupied my time. Also this year we were a little late getting our Christmas decorations up. Decorations are one of my favorite aspects about the holidays and we definitely have our own unique way of doing ours. We have two trees, one that my mom decorates and it features most of our glass and traditional ornaments as well as plenty of red baubles to fit the theme of the rest of our house. This tree also features birthday ornaments as an ode to my dad's birthday on Christmas Day. The second tree is decorated solely by yours truly and features homemade decorations from when my brother and I were kids as well as a few personal ornaments that pertain more to our interests growing up (a la this wonderful Harry Potter ornament, and this beautiful stack of books which is a new addition). I feel like I'm pretty late on this. It's only because I've been waiting until we were all decorated for Autumn and everything was put together. I share my dorm with three other roommates and I just adore what we have been able to do with this space. The main area is so cozy and chic and I finally have a dining area where I actually enjoy eating meals (P.S. the cookies on the table were provided by some of our lovely floor mates!) I love decorating for seasons and holidays so the small pumpkins everywhere really help get into the autumn spirit. We also have a Bath and Body Works plug in called Leaves that smells amazing! My bedroom is quite small but also very cosy! In it you'll find an array of random items that most likely don't mesh that well together, including my mini shrine to all things British (God Save the Queen....and Mr. Bean!) Also MORE PUMPKINS! I will admit that I mainly use my desk as a makeup table and a place to get ready in the morning...
