Cup of Jules

This past week I had the honor of witnessing two of the most talented performers in concert. My friends and I were lucky enough to witness both Darren Criss and Lea Michele in concert, a privilege I never thought I'd be able to experience. The concert was at the Ohio Theater (which of course is gorgeous) and we had such a wonderful time. Back in the day we were all major Glee fans so it was really fun for this prior theater kid to be able to re-xperience it and remember how much I loved that show. Beforehand we had a great quick dinner at a place nearby called Market 65 which had a wide array of sandwiches, wraps, and salads (my Wakame Salad was excellent!) We of course took a ton of pictures before the show in order to commemorate the experience and our amazing outfits (I am obsessed with the back of this jumpsuit). The actual show was amazing! They sang a mixture of their own original songs, covers from glee, and other covers that were all wonderful. Seeing Lea Michele sing ...

It may seem early for some of you, but I have already began my Christmas shopping. I like to get it done early because while I am in Chicago I have access to the most stores plus it means I won't have to worry about it during my Christmas break and can instead focus on time with family and friends (as well as the dozens of Christmas movies I HAVE to watch every year.) Here is a list of  some of my personal favorite places to buy presents for everyone on my list. Francesca's : Are you really surprised that my favorite store made it on this list! Not only does it have adorable clothes and accessories, for your loved ones and yourself ;) but it also has an accessory and home section with cute holiday themed items that make perfect stocking stuffers or small gifts! P.O.S.H .: This is my new fav that I discovered randomly while strolling in the city. It is perfect for hard to shop for parents or anyone that loves vintage items.
